Šiame leidinyje esantys kūriniai – tai daugiau nei prieš trisdešimt metų užrašyti vieno muzikos studento kūrybiniai bandymai. Ilgus metus rankraščiai gulėjo stalčiuje kaip malonus prisiminimas apie studijų laikotarpį. Dabar, žvelgiant iš laiko perspektyvos, jie atrodo gan įdomiai – tai lyg savotiška „alternatyvi“ sovietinio laikotarpio muzika. Žinoma, šie kūrinėliai nepretenduoja (o ir nebuvo kurti) atlikti koncertų salėse. Tai namų muzikavimui ir savo malonumui skirta muzika. Dėl to autorius tikisi, kad šios pjesės (bent viena iš jų) kažkam patiks, kažką sudomins, ir muzika praskaidrins Jūsų kasdienybę.

There are musical experiments of one student written 30 years ago. For years, these manuscripts were lying in a drawer as a pleasant memory of that study period. Nowadays, looking from the perspective of time, they turn out to be interesting enough. It’s like a sort of ‘alternative’ music of the Soviet period, the music which was composed at the same time as all the other official Soviet culture, but unknown, not heard, and not performed at all. Of course, these pieces of music do not pretend to be played in a concert hall (they were not composed for this aim). This music is for home usage and for playing yourself, and, mainly, for your pleasure. Composer hopes that someone will like these pieces (or at least one of them) and that this music will brighten up your daily routine.
